Recommended Martial Arts Gear

Kanoukan Danville practices with specialized clothing and weapons. Students will be asked to acquire the proper gear for training, but are not required to have everything before they start training. Gear can be purchased as needed and from whatever vendor they wish to use. The gear listed here is listed as a reference and not necessarily a recommendation.

Training GI (Clothing)

Clothing used in training should be comfortable and allow for free movement. Clothing can be acquired over time. The Iaito is not required but is highly recommended.
